Themed Workshops
Themed Workshops are occasional extended sessions (90–120 minutes) that bring movement together
with complementary practices such as nutrition, psychology, and creative exploration.
Each workshop is designed to offer deeper context, education, and shared experience, combining guided movement with conversation, reflection, or creative work.
These sessions create space to slow down, ask questions, and explore movement alongside other ways of understanding and supporting the body.
Workshops are offered periodically and announced separately from the regular class schedule.
Workshop pricing varies and is listed at the time of registration.
